Hey guys I searched around a little before posting this. This is what I have:

 

4mill stroker

Cub Cylinder with no porting (only stock porting as this is a "trail" bike) (literally straight off the shelf)

35 PWK Airstrikers with power jet installed (Running on Race Gasoline (turbo blue))

K&N POD Filters

CPI Inframes

lockout clutch (don't think that matters).

 

I'm in Michigan so the elevation is 700' above sea level.

 

80% of the time will be trail riding and going through the gears, so the low/mid range of the jetting is very important. I'd even sacrifice power for a safety cushion.

I go to the silver dunes a couple times during the summer, where it will be WIDE OPEN THROTTLE racing.

 

Can anyone give me something to start with????

 

This is what i started with:

DG? needle in middle (wouldn't idle), Would only idle with both chokes on.

raised it one notch and it idled.

the main jet is 150 ish... One higher than a 145 whatever that is.

the pilot is a 45 I believe.

With this setup it would idle (unless chokes were on) and there was no low range at revving.
