dave5.0 Posted April 19, 2009 Report Posted April 19, 2009 I'm looking for a bunch of stuff, different color plastic (have green now), aftermarket wheels and tires, slip on silencer, starter parts (pull and electric), front bumper (stock or aftermarket), aftermarket air filter and pretty much anything else that would make this thing look better. Wife says it's ugly so I need to dress it up. Let me know what you have. I have cash and can paypal. Hurry up so I don't have to get raped at Rockymountain. Thanks. Quote

dave5.0 Posted April 19, 2009 Author Report Posted April 19, 2009 Another new toy Dave? Those wolverines can look pretty decent fixed up! Kinda, the wife wouldn't ride the Predator so I swapped it for this. She says she likes riding it but it's ugly. It needs a little color. It's dark green and black. I don't care much for it so I guess I can't expect her to. I've kinda always wanted one though so this works out. It is extremely slow though. I need to work on that too. Quote

I took my buddies dads out to land between the lakes KY ran, and jumped the shit out of it, they can take a beaten. Probably won't be much racing between us. Never know though. It feels realy tired. It would hardly pull itself up and over my little woodpile in the back yard in first gear from a dead stop. Like it wouldn't rev to engage the clutch. Once moving it's ok but from a dead stop it's a pig. Quote
blubberbutt Posted April 21, 2009 Report Posted April 21, 2009 You probably already know this but the engines in those wolverines share the same parts (top end wise) with a warrior, big bear 350, big bear 400, & kodiak 400. You can use a high compression piston kit for a warrior from JE Pistons (like I did on my Kodiak). Additionally webcams makes a few different grind cams for them as well. HMF has a bolt on silencer for them too ... Warn makes a 4-2-4 select (for about 300 bucks) so you can disengage the front driveshaft on they fly & play around in 2wd ..... just some food for thought. I really dig the old school 350 Wolverines. Quote

It runs ok at the moment for the wife. I might open the intake up a little and put a slip on on it. Mainly looking for cosmetic stuff for it at the moment. Quote
