I'm finally getting around to building a engine for a roller I bought a year ago. I bought most of the parts from the members here. I have used cases new trued and weled crank, wiseco pistons 65.5mm fresh bore on the cylinders pro circuit pipes (Fatties) Single 33 PKW carb and a Pro design cool head that came with 19cc domes. This is my question are the domes to small for a basic trail bike running at about 600 ft sea level. I would like to run pump gas. I run 927 castor for oil. Where is the best place to get new orings for the cool head.

Thanks

Tim

With 19cc domes I would definitely run at least some 110 in it. How much timing are you going to run?

Forgot the timing I usally run plus4. Noss has a chart on their web site if remember right 19cc runs about 170 psi at sea level.

So I might have a set of 19cc dome forsale or trade. I will wait and put it togather and check the compression.
