West Coast Graphics I think, I have the same one on my bike and got it from Ebay. I would recomend going to Cascade Inovations and spend the $100.00 to have one made. That seat cover you want SUCKS!!! It feels like someone oiled it when you ride and you will have no grip. It looks really nice but does not function.
