new rebuild 20 0ver buying cool head what size domes?

hey guys i am rebuilding my shee i am staying with the stock bottom end it is a 04 i just had my cylinders done to 20 over also going to get adjustable timing plate have toomy t6 vfore reeds going to buy a prodesign head just wondering what size domes i should get i am in ontario canada elevation is around sea level thanks

At your alt, i would run a MAX of 20 with premium.

 

You can get 94 Chevron out there can't you.

Call Dave @ NOSS. Have him cut you a set. The PD shelf domes are crap IMO.

yup i can get ultra 94 out here so i should get some 21 to be safe

If your looking to play it safe.. I would have a set cut from blanks.. A properly chambered dome will make more power and be more resistant to detonation.. Like I said before.. Call Dave @ NOSS machine and see what he has to say.

 

 

Dan Wade @ Patriot Racing is also another builder that can cut some good domes.

im at around 1100 ft.. running 21cc at 150 to 160 ish both cylinders. on 91 octane or 94 no problems here. best mod ive done soo far. will try 20cc and see what happens

can be safe run 20cc dome with agressif port job and +4 timing advanced with 94 octane or be safer with 21cc dome
