(pinched stator wire caused cdi and coil failure) So i got it fixed and we went riding Sunday. Didn't ride it to hard just a little wheelie stuff and drag racing. riding back from my buddies house where we were riding back to the house about 5 miles on some back back, back roads. i get about a mile from the house and the rear locks up and i hear a grinding noise from the tranny. i wasn't full throttle top gear. just varying thru the throttle range and gears riding easy. i get the motor torn down tonight to find 3 gear wheels stripped. IF it werent for bad luck i wouldnt have any at all! everything else is fine though. any ideas on what might have happened? should i go back with OEM gears or is there soemthing better?
