CAUDLE Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 well wich one is better for a shee that has been bored 100 over?? let it begin! Quote
vulvafan537240 Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 what type of riding? t6's are more of a low-mid pipe and t5's are a mid-top end pipe. and are you talking pt mids or high revs or what? Quote
Sammy Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 When you say its bored .100 over is there any other significant supporting mods or just the enormous overbore for nothing? I currently have PTR mids with fatboy2 silencer and am very please with the punch they pack. But I think for the price I would rather have CPI or Shearer in-frames. Quote
sredish Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 (edited) IMO, you can't beat either of the Paul Turner pipes. There's a reason they're so damned expensive. PT Highs are better and smoother than Toomeys. They have better top end, IMO, more midrange and develop power smoother. The PT Mids are unbeatable. They have crazy lowend and midrange, super super smooth and are perfect for mx and trails. If you can afford the PTs, get the one that matches your style and don't look back. I personally do not like Toomeys at all, I can think of several other pipes I'd run before Toomeys, for sure. Edited March 27, 2009 by sredish Quote
Ron Burgandy Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Do u think there's a diference in how high the pipes rev? One maybe reves to 9thousand the other 10 maybe Quote
