F/S IMS 4.0 Gallon Desert Tank

Purchased this item from a fourm member on this site a few months back but changed my mind.

IMS Red 4.0 gallon desert tank (decided not to use this one on my bike), a few light scratches and some rub marks from the brake line and throttle cable, comes with both front mounts, cap and hose, stock petcock. IMS does not offer this color anymore, (only white and black). $170 plus shipping, (add 3% if paying by paypal).

are you shure its a 4 gall? it looks the 5.6

I was told that it was a 4 gallon tank, but it very well could be a 5.6 gallon tank. When sitting next to my 6 gallon gas cans it looks to be quite a bit smaller than the gas cans (in volume).

the first banshee in my sig has a 4 gall ims. the front fender extends on the side of the 4. i think on a 5.6 you have to cut the front fender. thats just what i was told.

on the 5.6 you have to cut, and that does look like a 5.6 but dont qoute me. Look at my pic to get the idea of what you have to so Sorry to jack the thread..

Alright, this thing must go. How about $110 shipped lower 48. As posted above this tank could be a 5.6 gallon, I was told it was a 4. All I know is you need to cut the front fender to use the tank.

Still for sale, nice tank, $110 shipped lower 48 ($130 less than new, if you add shipping to that the tank would cost more), color not available anymore.
