Ok I set my floats to 21mm and installed the carbs and it still pours gas out the overflow. Do you think I need new needle valves?

Is it just the one or both, Im sure you prolly allready cleaned them. Sounds like it could be the problem, just wore out. Unless your floats are just hanginging up, did it just start on its own or did you have them apart?

I had them apart happened right after I re-jetted for my pipes and filters. I thought maybe I threw the floats out of wack and it is possible since I (donn't laugh) Used a 21mm socket to make a float tool out of a credit card. I dont have a working mic anymore.

You don't need a mic, just use a ruler. Do it right or leave it alone. It will only cuase headaches otherwise.

If it only started after you worked on the carbs, you have got dirt in the needle and seat or more likely sit the floats wrong and the bowls are filling up too much.

No dirt in the carbs I stripped them completely down and cleaned them. all I did before was change the main and pilot jets and it started doing it. I feel relatively safe using the 21mm socket to measure 21mm then making the float tool out of that. it is not the floats because I checked it against a buddies blaster carb and they are damn near the same. The guy I got it from used it like once a year so I will rebuild the carbs and go from there. I will be ording a rebuild kit from FAST soon.
