I would say the long rod! thats what most of the setups on the market use! as for the more power i cant say for sure but there must be a reason they use that setup!! maybe one of the pros will chime in!

Go with a long rod... no power difference but the long rod is more reliable. It create less side load on the piston and therefor less stress on the cylinder wall, piston, and rod... and less wear.

they are both about the same one uses one piston the other uses the other piston If you are going to do it use the long rod one its alot better for in the long run
