Building my First Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 I came across a set for reasonable price with scilencers. How do they perform? The engine I am installing was setup for CPI inframes, how do the LRD's compare? Is is stock bore and stroke with Dune/Drag Port, Cool Head 19cc, has 35 carb boots but all I have is stock carbs for now. I don't have any expierience with LRD. I also have some Pro Circuit Plattinums. What do you think, Snoop? Quote
Building my First Posted March 3, 2009 Author Report Posted March 3, 2009 I know the Pro Circuits are good low-mid. I will be mainly riding open trails, some mx, and dragging all the local 4 strokes. There is a bunch of Honda and Yamaha 450's around, they might have a little work but I haven't seen anything badass yet. I hear the CPI's are made for the setup I will be running but I would like to have decent power in the woods still. I hope somebody has some info on these LRD's. It seems like they would be an all around pipe since they are adjustable. Quote
xXBlessedWithDeathXx Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 Bump for some LRD info. i`m also curious as to how they run. Quote
Darthwall Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 I have a set of LRD's that came with my shee I would have to say they are a good mid to top pipe and as stated they are adjustable so if you want more low end pull them together if your looking for more top space them out.I really like them for trail riding they will give you alot more mid power than the CPI's would. the CPI's will be alot better for draging but what do you do the most of? I think that is what you ask yourself? Quote
Darthwall Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 and if you want some I will trade you mine for your CPI's and some cash? Quote
xXBlessedWithDeathXx Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 and if you want some I will trade you mine for your CPI's and some cash? Sorry man but i would only part with the unstamped CPI`s when i have a new set of CPI. Quote
