Are you talking about a 65mm cub?

FMF pipes will work on a cub, as will Toomey pipes, but a drag pipe is best for a drag cylinder. It is worth the extra coin to get a 4mm cub rather than a stock stroke cub.

For the record, I am not wanting to open a can of worms about which pipes are best for a cub. That subject has been beaten to death...

They will work fine as far as size or bore.. I can't beat a 10 mill cub but I run neck and neck with him on a 7mill big bore stock cylinders with fmf fatties. He has an override and I don't and from what I can tell I have quite a bit more grunt from using the fmfs (and probably the port timing). A friend I know had a 10 stock cylinder on alky and it was fast as hell also. He put drag pipes on and it got quicker on the flats but at the hill the fmfs performed better and were quicker according to the guys he raced. He could run with much bigger bikes. (14 and 18mills) I don't know how they perform on anything bigger than a 460cc motor or something with the port layout of a cub. But in a month or so I can tell you. I going to try them on a 496cc super cub motor for the hell of it.

Thanks...That was what i was looking at... I fried my top end due to a pod falling off in sand. I was just wondering if my jugs were going to be ok and they are. ill have to mic the jugs and see what size pistons i need. I also need to split the case and pull all the shit out and make sure everything is true down there. but all in all if the crank is bad i might just sell the motor for parts and find a R6 motor or R1 depending on the size diff. just dont see why 850 for a block and then another 400ish for a crank then pipes and carbs just to feed it... so never know...
