mignumspeed Posted February 17, 2009 Report Share Posted February 17, 2009 ive been rejetting this is a new engine and new bike to me ive got a 2 into 1 pipe stock carbs and its 80 over with namura pistons i started with 210 mains i jumped to 300 mains and it really helped the top end i think i can go bigger because it still revs clean to the top but when im in 2nd gear and pin the throttle it takes to long for the power to come on,it idles great,i notice it studders @ 1/4 throttle to about 1/2 throttle when i'm just putting around i've moved the jet needle clip down a notch i think it could be a little rich,it smokes a lot when i'm between 1/4 and1/2 throttle what do you think i should do ?
