well i think its finally time I have to update my carbs. my banshee has some prettey extensive porting, Noss machine head, v-3's, procircuit pipes with modified p.c. siliencers and etc. iam eyeballing mainly 2 types of carbs, 34mm PJ's or 35mm PWK's. can anyones help guide me in the right direction? i know i should ask the guy who ported it, which i still just might. also i have 18cc domes, and around 155-160lbs of compression on a new top end.

Your going two different ways here. You have pro-circuit pipes (low-mid pipe), with vf3's (mid-top cage), and you want to put 34mm or 35mm carbs on it (mid-top). What your port durations? They sound like they are around 192-196 degrees if your compression is that low with 18cc domes. Elevation as well?

Well, the reeds and flow from the carbs wont be used to their full potential with those pipes.

i used to have t5's on it but got rid of them. i have a set of FMF's but iam pretty sure the p/c's would be a better choice. the only thing that steered me away from cpi's or rocket pipes is that they are for pretty much top end only, and i didnt want it to be a pig on low end.

yeah im with snop on this one. i think u should upgrade pipes first and then do carbs. i have t-5s and they are not too bad on bottom. i used to have FMF gold series and they had no more bottom than my t-5's do. and my t-5's have way more top end. do you have a timming plate yet?
