sheewee Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 Im selling a 1998 yamaha banshee. Title in hand. I owned the quad since late august two years ago. It is in good shape and is a blast to ride. I owned quads all my life but fortunitly I am graduating from college and will be moving so I though I should just sell it. I started it today and took pictures. The quad took a few kicks to get started since it hasn't been driven since september. The clutch need to be pulled out a little for the quad to idle. It might need to be rejetted or could have just been from sitting. The quad has a small tear in the seat about 2 inches long. The last time I went riding, the break lever cilinder stuck and I ended up breaking the piece that hold the break lever to the handle bars. The quad has a new transmission and new front and rear tires. It cost $800 for the tranny and tires. The tires and holeshots up front and itp mud lites in the rear. The quad has procurcit pipes and siliencers. They are in good shape with a little ware from leg rub. The banshee also has K&N filters. The frame has been powered coated blue but does have some chips here and their. I've driven the quad about 15 times since I've owned it and 6-7 times on the new tires. It also has new front and rear sprokets. I will also include a black and grey helmet and scott gogles. I also have a clymers that I used for matience if you want it, it's yours. It is located in Hazleton Pa 18202 next to I-80 and I-81.
