There are a few Banshee`s still available here in the USA brand new as evidenced by the recent E-bay auction that was held last week for a brand new out of the crate 2006 model. It still has not sold for $5,999. plus it is legal, still makes the grandfather clause in the US emmissions standards, and can be registered. I would hate for anyone here to get one caught in customs despute over a new bike that has been banned in the US for importation unless you the buyer are a licensed registered team racer. This is the exception. Quote
