YoungGun'98
would there be any trouble with putting such a high performance pipe on a bike that is 90% stock? the bike will have k&n pods, advanced timing, and these pipes with rejetting. oh and if he does get these pipes (friends bike) what would be good next? 278
It depends on what he wants to do with the bike... CPI's make there power in the mid to top end so if he plans on doing dunes or dragging with occasional trail riding then yeah they'll be fine, but right now they wont reach their potential until you mod a little more then they will be perfect so for dune/drag bike that you are planning on modding alot more good choice. If you mostly ride trails with some dunes and drag I would suggets some Toomey T-5's. It all depends on what type of riding he does. As far as future mods the basics that everyone does are cool head with smaller domes for higher compression, adjustable timing plate with advanced timing, reed mods of some kind, and porting

2slow350
CPI's would be my choice, especially if you plan to dune or drag port it later..
