fastbanshee8 Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 The JB Weld will not stand up to the gas, and two stroke oil. It will turn the JB into a clear looking, almost silicone like junk, and it will peel right off. Have it welded up, and machined back down, or get a new case. Quote

Hell, your from riverside ca. there has to be tons of welding shops around there, any good welding shop can weld aluminum. You would save alot of money and time if you just get it welded. Quote

Here is someone you should look into, http://www.maxwellindustries.com/ , I know the owner (steve watt) personally and he does amazing welding work and is located here in ventura, not too far from you.
