Did a compression test and got 118 in each cylinder

like the title says i checked my compression today and got a reading of 118 in each cylinder. My motor is stock and I was wondering if it might be a good time for a rebuild?

I think 120 is normal for a stock head, so you should be fine.

130 would be stock comp for sea level, 125 for 1000 asl

i am hearing below 100psi. but i have ran them lower than that..
