Darthwall Posted December 23, 2008 Report Posted December 23, 2008 when I bought my 98 these where on it I think they are preatty decent pipes but just wondering what everyones opinion is years ago they seamed like a popular pipe to go with on the OR coast but everyone is going with CPI's these days or shearers opinions needed Quote
XxMeltIcexX Posted December 23, 2008 Report Posted December 23, 2008 They are an awesome trail pipe, they will sell fast around here if you decide to switch it up with pipes. Quote

My buddy ran those pipes on his bike for a season. He was happy with them and i rode it and thought they preformed really well. Quote

I like t-5s for a good all round dune pipe if you are not into ALOT drag racing even though t-5s do good dragging but there are better choices, i guess it all comes down to what kind of ridding you want to do the most of. Quote

firebanshee Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 do you think CPI's would be a bit much if im not going to do alot of draging I think it really depends on the way the rest of your bike is set up, like the size of carbs and porting and plans of future mods. I have seen alot of poeple use cpi for just normal riding in the dunes but they are def a high mid top end pipe. Quote
