kirk3000
i need to rejet my carbs for sea level cuz the previous owner lived at a higher altitude and i dont know where to start. i have powercore2 silencers and boyessen power reeds. also where is the best place to take of the carbs? i had to loosen both side where theres the rubber boots with the hose clamps on them but it took a lot of effort. is there an easier way to take them in and out? take off airbox maybe? and do i need to do a plug chop everytime i rejet? 278
Yeah taking off the air box will help. I'd start at 300 mains and work your way down. Yeah you pretty much do got to do a plug chop to get it dialed in, but they're pretty cheap so it's worth it to make sure your jetting is right
