official_style Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 my 2006 shee i just bought came with NGK BR8ES plugs in it, i have a box of NGK B8ES plugs, can i run these in the 2006, or only in the 97? Quote
official_style Posted November 30, 2008 Author Report Posted November 30, 2008 which are better to run the B8ES or the BR8ES plugs? Quote
2001Stroker Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 Didn't notice that you left the "R" out of the first post. Use the BR's. Quote
official_style Posted November 30, 2008 Author Report Posted November 30, 2008 would it hurt the bikes to run them once with the non R plugs? that fucking shithead at yamaha sold me the B8ES plugs, i said the old ones are have the R, he said these ones will work better, probably needs to get rid of them or something. so i should be running BR8ES plugs in both my bikes. Michael Jackson Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 they are the same thing, it doesnt matter.. the R stands for resistance, something to do with electronic devices and interfering with them Quote
official_style Posted November 30, 2008 Author Report Posted November 30, 2008 definetly no electronic devices on my shee, except my garmin etrex. Quote
2001Stroker Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 If you have 'em, use 'em. Ain't gonna hurt anything. Just helps get rid of interference. It's kinda like using the antenna as a ground for your car radio. It works, but sometimes you might get some engine noise in your speakers. Quote
official_style Posted November 30, 2008 Author Report Posted November 30, 2008 cool thanks for the help. Quote
