I got a Ipod Phot 60 gb that will not turn on. It just has a wall plug in on it and thats all it does. I-Tunes will not read that is plugged into the computer. I am thinking that it might be the battery that is bad. I have tried resetting it but it still shows the same plug in. If you can help me out and possibly tell me what might be wrong with it...

Thanks

Josh

I have a problem with mine everytime i plug it into itunes it says it can't upload due to a software errror and automatically deleted all my songs. I've been without a ipod for a while now it sucks

I had a 1st gen 60g that would power off, or just freeze up. I ended up sending it to Apple for what they call there quick exchange. And 3 days later I had a refurb 5th gen 80g on my doorstep. I think I was still under warranty. I know I was close maybe even a few days out of it. BUt they didnt charge me for the swap.
