98_banshee_newbie Posted November 30, 2008 Author Report Posted November 30, 2008 tors is the throttle over ride system it a big bulky thing that sits on top of your carbs. it will shut down your carbs if your throttle sticks in theory. but will actually have a shit load of problems with if they get wet or a little dirty. so people remove them with a kit that you can buy Quote
