fmf fattys jet help

First i want to say wassup to everyone :biggrin:. I got a pair of fmf fatty gold series powercore 2 in the mail. I have a 02 banshee w/ 280 mains/ 25 pilot/ dyno jet needle on 4th groove from top/ k n filter / k n filterlid / outwears prefilter/ boysen reeds / motion pro tors eliminator kit. I wanted to know if the 280 mains n dynojet needle on 4th groove from blunt end work fine in ny im at sea level and from searching alot of threads i know alot of guys have a similar setup. Jus wanna be ready for when my pipes get here i can bolt them on n rock out. THANKS 2 ALL

i personally like uping the pilots to 27.5 and leaving the needle stock. you might want to up the mains to 300. try out what you have tho, checking plugs etc, and go from there.

im at 260 mains and mine runs great.

when running a lid im using 260s when lid is off im running 280s pilots are 27.5 and im at the middle clip.

I'm close to sea level with Fatty's and outerwear lid and I use 300's. A little rich, but runs well......
