If you have power core 2 silencers on your stock pipes now, then they are the silencers that fit the fatty pipes (and possibly gnarlys?).

 

SST's also use silencers called power core 2s but the stingers are shorter and wont fit the Fatty pipes, and vice versa...

 

So if you want to run SSTs you have to sell your current silencers and buy a complete SST set up.

 

if it were me id just get fatty's.

I slapped a pair of Fatty's on my ported shee, kicked ass with the Toomey Stingers & Silencers! That Fatty is one good pipe & makes trail riding alot more fun!!

SSTs seem to rev quicker and come on sooner than fatty's, while maybe sacrificing a little on top. Great pipes. I have a set (with silencers) I'd sell.
