oof pipes on semi stock bansheeH

Hey guys can any on tell me if i can put a set of shearer or cpi out of frame drag pipe on a semi stock banshee. off the top of my head some of my mods are cool head 20cc domes, stage three jet kit , pod filters,billet inpeller, 4 deg timing key, no tross, fmf sst pipes, Rite now i dont have any porting done yet i dont rilly ride it that much its like bran new i think they look cool i dont care about noise just can i run them will it hurt any thing i know it will have to be jeted not a problem. thanks for any help

If you have them already I wouldnt run them unless your strictly drag racing. I have herd that bouncing (normal riding) will eventually break the pipes.

 

If you dont have them yet, you could spent that money else were on your shee and make it faster.

You'll see a significant loss of bottom end and very little gain on top, compared to your SST's. The banshee's stock port timing is not even close to what those pipes require for optimal scavenging.

Agreed....open drag pipe on a stock cylinder with stock carbs, especially out of frames, would be a total waste....
