Premix... best oil fuel ratio

damn havnt seen that shit in a while, the old hippy down at a local shop near me swears by that golden spectro stuff, i ran it in my blaster years ago and in my banshee when i first got it, alot of the old timers love it

i run amsoil dominator at 50:1 .. 50:1 is plenty of oil .. like loco said..

i run yamalube but i foul plugs like 2 or 3 times a year..i am thinkin of switchin to castor tho

i dont think u guys realize when you run a quality oil you dont need as much for it to lubricate as good

 

When I first started running my shee I did just what the clymers said 20 or 24:1 yamalube. then someone told me tha was wrong and here I am today

Go to the atv shop and buy yourself a Ratio-rite mixing cup. QUIT GUESSING !!!

 

I run Klotz Supertechniplate synthetic oil @ 40:1 and I like it, tho I could probably

still mix it a little thinner.

 

Asking us what oil to use is like asking us what truck to buy.There are people who

really believe in certain oils but in reality, there are alot There are alot of really good

pre-mix oils out there. Just pick any of the oils previously mentioned and mix it right.

You'll be fine, and you will buy less oil and spark plugs.

What he said. Just pick a good quality oil and in my opinion, I wouldn't run anymore oil in your mix then 32.1.

yamalube doesnt make you foul plugs, rich jetting does
