New Pipes and Jets

I recently put on a set of FMF SST pipes and Titanium Core 2 silencers. Their website stated to put in 260 main jets and everything else would stay the same. Does anyone know what the stock position of the needle is set at?

 

Everything was put back together correctly and now it wont start. I kick and kick and nothing. There is gas coming out the carb overflows too. I have the gas on the regular On position.

 

Any one know what this could be related too?

 

Obviosly the run kill switch is to the Run position and the key is on.

 

Any help would be great.

Stock position is 3rd clip down,

try taking the airbox lid off and the air filter out and spray a little starter fluid into the carbs and then kick it.
