Temperature and humidity fluctuations did that to me.

I'd check everything, and find nothing wrong with the bike...then I marked it down as the humidity fluctuations due to recent storm activity (I live in FL so it's pretty dramatic.)

How does your air filter look? And your plugs? Are your jets clean?

Jets can clog up fast.

I agree w/ the above statement, and will add that the surface you ride on will also affect how your bike pulls. If one day you're riding on hard packed dirt, it'll probably hook pretty hard and feel faster, but if you run through some loose dirt, the tires will probably start spinning and bike doesn't pull as hard, hence, where you feel it's not making the same power.....just something else to consider...same would apply to wet or dry sand

Every time I've had electrical issues it either runs or it don't...but intermittant problems can arise and can be a bitch to track down. TORS can always be a problem if you still have it. Definitely could be air filter or jetting like 05 said, or something else...
