Cutting help

Whats the best way to cut your front fenders. Im asking for help from guys who did it already and am not asking if i should or not. Did you eyeball it, use a template, or what??? Pics of your fenders would be great too. I already had my fenders cut for my pipes but i want to cut them off for the sand.

dremel with a cut off tool. Or jigsaw. Then use a razorblade to get all the chunks out. Then use some 600 grit to smooth it out. I've heard of people using a torch to make the edges look shiny. I never went that far though

I mapped it out with a marker.. Used a jig saw and cut about .5" away from the line.. then I used a wire wheel and sanded it up to the line.. then like 714 said.. I hit it with some sand papper to get the burrs off and smooth it out. Had it done in no time..

Like they say, dremmel them sanded them smooth.These r just like mine, easy to do. Later

heres mine i used a jigsaw and used sharpie to make my lines then sanded it down with i dont remember what grit sand paper.

i removed them but no cut, got a smokn deal on some already cut ones from jrod. Have them on by next tuesday

now if i ever decide to go to the track on a real muddy dray i can just throw the fenders on and say bye bye to some of the mud and dirt
