I bought a 13 front thinking that I had a stocker in there and found that is what I was already running..

I want some more bottom end and was thinking about changing the rear.

How big of a rear can I fit without grinding the swing arm skid plate? I was thinking +2 or +3...

Or should I go down to 12 on the front?

Whacha think????????

I forgot to mention I'm running 22" rubbers and I'm 95% climbing and trail blazing.

Anyone running a -2 up front?

depends on the skid plate, the one i have right now barley clears the 41 tooth, other skid plates ive had have had plenty of room for 2-3 more teeth, i guess it all depends on the brand of skidplate

im not too sure about a 12 tooth front, the way the swingarm is positioned the angle would be weird, it would go over the roller and swingarm and then have to come back down , it just doesnt seem like it would be kosher

Less chance of maybe having to add a link or 2, not sure which would be better for less stress on the motor.

If you already have a 13 up front try a 43 on the back.

I was thinking about a 43 but everywhere I look I see 40 - 41 - 42 OR 44 no 43..??

Does anyone know or can measure the diameter of a 42 and a 44 tooth sprocket?
