  3. i know its a bit of a newbie question. But the tors removal kits you can buy...how hard are they to install? Like whats all involved? How much electrical mess does it eliminate? Any help would be appreciated.
  4. im switching everything over to a new frame...it looks pretty easy except for hooking up all the electrical again. I was just wondering how much of these can be eliminated? i see the taillight wires and it looks like a cdi mounted at the rear of the frame...could i just remove these without having starting problems? Its a mx shee so i dont need that crap. So basically i was just wondering how much of it was nessicary and how much was just clutter. I wish i had enough $$ to get a tors removal kit any help would be appreciated.
  5. i was just wondering if anyone has any experience with these stainless steel bolt kits that are all over ebay. I have to transfer everything over to a new frame and was thinking of getting one of those kits. Is there any negetive outcome to using these? thanks!

  9. stupid kids....i bet someone from this forum didnt even buy them. Hes probably just says they sold. No one in their right mind would pay that for sportstars....if a member did buy them....sorry...but hey I told you all before...this kid just messes around to kill time.
  10. man that bikes pretty....sheesh...makes me wish i had my plastic on now. Only problem is i race mx, i would get pissed if someone bumped me or if i rolled it over with painted plastics like that.
  11. did you get any pics yet man? if so email them to jaybird1010@hotmail.comor post them up here....thanks
  12. well after a long wait i finally got the expendable income for some new plastics. So on the way are a nice set of orange fullbores. My question is, What should i do for graffics? or seat cover? My buddy has a z400 with orange plastic and he put the silver kandk graffics set and seat cover on and it looks sweet...but i dont want to copy him. Then i was thinking just a plain black seat cover....i dont know..if someone could help me out with suggestions that would be great...cause im lost now. thanks
  13. why does this not surprise me. You will probably get more responses to that topic at exriders.
  14. dude im just saying from experience....where do you race??? a couple of laps at immokalee back in the day doesnt count.
  15. guys dont even bother. this is a kid that has backed out of deals like 10 times...go look around on other forums like exriders. He makes deals, then backs out at the last second. I think its his dads bike. Dont waste your time...hes just killing time messin around on the computer.
  16. speed wise...hell no the 4 stokes cant keep up. They just have the advantage on the lowend mainly. Thats why you get a good pipe. And possible some head mods (can be done pretty cheap). Your exactly right, the bike is damn sure fast enough...its getting the power to the ground. Suspension wise your on the right track...just get the usual, shocks, wider a arms, axle, and shorten your swingarm. This is where the "power to the ground" factor is. It will give you a lot less tire spin, coming out of corners is like BLAM!!! Just dont forget nerfbars!
  17. in my opinion...if you are going to be riding mainly on a track...get a 4 stroke. You can race competitivly with a banshee, but it takes a more skilled rider. Im not sure of your riding level, so thats up to you. My banshee is set up for mx, but it does take a lot more to hang with the modded 400's. Dont get me wrong, i win (sometimes), and i wouldnt trade my shee for anything. Im just giving my honest opinion. If you do go the banshee route, get a good low-mid pipe and you'll be good. Like PT or LRD, also ive been looking at motofasts...whats everyones opinion on those pipes?
