in case anyone was still wondering, I got a positive identification on the mystery pipes this morning.

I posted them on marketplace as “Banshee Pipes” I never put a name on them to be a certain brand, and anyone that asks me what they are I tell them that I am unsure as to what they are. If someone wants to buy them not sure as to what they are then so be it, I don’t see an issue since I’m not claiming they are a certain brand of pipes. I’m also confuse as to what the legit info on them is? I even sent some pics to cam at redline and he had zero clue what they were.

just purchased these from Eric Friend @ Empire industries, have yet to be even mounted.

I guess I just want them real bad lol. But I have seen a lot of good information. Supporting of the snipers will pull just as much top end as the shears and way more bottom end.

Well nothing to say besides I got fooled🤷‍♂️ Brian Eoff was pretty sure he knew what pipes they were and pretty much said they aren’t worth anything. Almost got my hands on another set but the guy wanted 2k and I would want small bores and he only had big bores

Definitely could be, the only thing that looks different between these pipes and the picture you sent is that Ben before the expansion chamber seems to be a lot tighter on my pipes

I only paid 500 for them, I could kind of see if they were like an original design that didn’t have that dip possibly. But I’m kind of at a loss.

Well, shit, I do know that they are not rocket pipes because I directly compared them to a set and the bend right before the expansion chambers way too tight to be a set of rockets. I wonder if someone won’t be able to identify just what kind of pipes these are?

Was told they were sniper small bores and I paid definitely a fair price for them if they are. The only thing that has me concerned is from online pictures the pipes seem to have more of a dip at the end of the expansion chamber. Hoping someone can confirm these are indeed snipers.

Got my hands on a set of small bore snipers in pretty much new condition. Hoping to retain the same amount of bottom end as my current CPI’s while gaining some top end performance.

Curious if anyone knows how I could go about getting my hands on a set of inframe sniper pipes besides for waiting the 15+ months the website states?

Picked them up today Louie guessed around 95hp I what he told me. Once I figure out how to attach photos I’ll show you guys the cylinders

No. But he is dynoing it when the bike is built. I’ll ask him when I go to grab the cylinders.

Called Louie. He said he’d have them done and ready for pickup today. I’ll probably be able to pick them up by Wednesday at the earliest.

No. I dropped them off this last Saturday.

Well I’ll let you know how it goes. Louie dune ported my first set of cylinders I ever had done up on just a 350 which I was really happy with how they turned out and he did a killer job on my YZ motor. Worst case if I hate the motor I’ll build myself a 496cc or whatever a 7mm and 72mm bore makes cc wise.

Good to know. I did end up tracking down some CPI in frames and I was recommended to do small bores which is what I got. I also do still have a set of 35mm PWK Keihin so I could try in comparison to the smart carbs. And after talking to cam he pretty much said the same as you that he can gain power pretty much everywhere with virtually no loss. As for the number I’m not really chasing a magical one I just kinda want to build a all around good running bike top and bottom end.
