dune was right if your gone to make big hp use stock steels and get 4h7_16321-02 yam fibers thease are for a fz600 when you run big hp u find out thease are best next to thease are barnett dirt diggers but they are hard on you basket order u 7 disk from rivarracing for around 50 and u be set for 2-3 years of 100+hp clutchs later wv_banshee i am build ing a new 10mm banshee and thats what i be useing i do recmend set of hd springs

u may have bad crank seal of loose pulg like he said but 10w30?????? i never use it i alwals use 20w50 or i run cluthc saver 85wt in mine but 10w30 will make winding sound when riding i odnt like to winding soud it like haveing your old woman with you it will not sut up lol i use 20w50 u proubly not god big mods like i run hope this help drew

u can get a 120 link chain at a farm store sround 20 bucks this work till you save 45 to get o-ring on ebay

yea you should loom the wires there and while you at it you sould un hook the tors brain and get thouse stock rubber spacers out your clutchs and get some stiffer springs or shim them and you have a longer lasting clutch if you mod u banshee i rec a mild mod like tors remove kit pipes and k&n power kit this is good set up for every day rideing

yea that were i start the tors are bad about adjusting thier self lol they move there slf some ime and do that once you get it were u want it take some gasket maker and put i to were it bond to the idel adj and tors case this will not let the adj move i do it to stock banshees all time when you ride on ruff ground like here in wv it beates the adj around hope this helps u later drew

u be better off to get set of juggs of e-bay and hve bore to accept stok style piston if you ride hard on thing with shee you get wisco piston u may get more hp but as alwals more hp means more work lol thats why i alwals have 2 back up top ends i got one .040 and one thats is 414 in stock cylinders bouth new in grage u learn to have spare top end i did know were a .040 tope end is for 300.0 i think it may need bored if inthersted i could call and see what least he take for it i sold him a lasleeve 409 power valve kit and i think he got a .020 top end with pistons for around 450 thats new with out gaskets hope this help u

every motor i build i ruff it with 400 grit sand paper and get high heet pait a t wal-mart it 500 and i nevr had any of it cume off it has ceramic in it it take about 10-12 hr to setup and it has great long lasting shine i got a motor in a truck i painted like 8 yr ago and it stil shins just like new suprise me it dupli-color paint you need to have it wery clean befor paint i use lacker thiner to clean than apply 2 cotas of paint hope this helps u andrew

send your rad vales back they make you loose around 2 hp lol i got set on my shee only because i sold my v force to customer who didnot want to wait but i love runnign fattys on all bansee i build do u also get jet kit to match if not i recmend geting a k&n power kit and run the 280 jet it sould be close to what you want hope this helps u later drew

you say it smokeing really bad if so tour crank seal may be bad between the clutch side and inter crank are this will let the clut-tranny oil get in to you motor and will make bad day i rebuild one last year like that hoep this helps if not e-maile me at [email protected] i work on lot of shees

only way to go is new blot kit on ebay and ge t you a 6x1.25mm tap and a 8x1.25 mm tape this will help u out a lot i just finshed my personal bike up and i use stock blots and i will be geting a bolt kit and redoing it ss bols are best set up to go with i went to hard ware store like 50 time to get new bolts and still spent more than ss kit on ebay hope this help you drew

i take tube out and block off bost bottle joke white brouthers invented athe anttena for 8 track to lol just got get some pipe plugs at auto store and some hose clamps and put pipe plug in hole and clame it off hope it helpes u later drew

sounds like fireing to me you may just have a plug goning dead or you cdi may be goning out but i had a 2002 mess up like thta once and it was the stock kill stuitch set up it was grounding it self some how ??? but it would only let me rev like 2,500 rpm to test this take the kill stwitch off and start it that how i found the on on customers but first thing i do to new banshee is cut tors wires and take rubber out of stock clutch system hope this will help you later andrew wv banshee

i got tcs front shocks and i love them but pro action rebuilt my rear shock for me it great but i am 300 lb rider too u like the tcs set up i do
