Gonna take a look at the OEM ones sheedrider has for sale, if anything I will keep the Niche for spares, later build.

Ok cool. I will probably save these cylinders for spares. I am getting some used Oem ones to port.

I was just wondering if their cylinders are crappy like the Niche ones. They have kits with wiseco pistons too.

Has anyone ever used one of their cylinder kits?

The roofs of the transfer ports are about 1/16 higher than the sleeve port where they meet. If I raise the sleeve ports to match, will the timing change much?

Hello banshee hq. I recently bought a banshee after many years of taking a break from riding mainly because NJ sucks to ride. But anyways the previous owner had installed new cylinders and pistons. I broke in the top end by putting a whole gas tank of easy riding an low rpm. Being winter and not riding much I decided to take the motor apart to inspect it since I didnt trust the guy I bought it from. Well it has shitty Niche cylinders and pistons . Transfer ports roofs dont align at all with the sleeves. Pistons have marked up the sleeves too. Can these cylinders be port matched and saved, or just straight trash them?

Bores are good? Just a hone? How much for local pick up? Thanks
