  3. Yeah you could be right, it's a cheap stator off eBay and I had alot of trouble with keeping the eye stable, an then when I put the plastic back on, it was pushing it into the flywheel. Really would hate to wrestle that thing again, considering it's running without hitting the flywheel now.....but...you could be right..I'm going to seal this pipe with silicone an then price a 0EM stator if it doesn't work.   7. So I'm back with a new report, Banshee was running good, been running klotz. Everything seemed fine until yesterday, when I rev it to almost full throttle it loses power likes it's hitting a rev limiter an sounds like crap. Think the problem is my left outtake is blowing out alot of air, I have replaced the 0-ring with a new one and it didn't seal up and now it's gotten worse. I sprayed it with soapy water this morning to make sure it wasn't a head gasket and it's not, it is blowing out alot of air at idle. So my question is, there something causing my expansion chambers to be doing this and how do I fix it? It has brand new Springs and 0-rings. Hopefully you can guys can tell me how to fix this and hopefully it's not electrical causing my bike to lose power at full throttle. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

  10. I could just tune it with air screws again Or will this make me change my jets? I'm running 16:1 now with quiksilver and she runs really good. Klotz should be here in a few days and would like to run it alittle rich so I don't blow up. 28:1 sounds good but does anyone else have opinions? I ride hard in 95 degree weather for 8 hrs at a time, so wouldn't more oil be good? Only switching to klotz because of the longer rebuild periods reported. Not sure why people around here hate bean oil, they say it gums up an stuff. Maybe they just can't afford it, but I'm taking your guys word for it. My girl is down for alittle bit now, somehow I busted a front shock and ramped her into a tree. Wasn't ready for the powerband to send me flying into the air on a jump..

  14. This old man I ride with runs his at 8oz to a gallon, says he blew his motor several times until he went to 16:1 an hasn't blew it since. He's our small town mechanic and is quite smart, can rebuild anything. He runs supertach from Walmart an says quiksilver is just as good if not better it just cost more. He has the fastest banshee around here so I tried taking some tips from him but I don't think what works for him works for me, that is why I came to this forum for help. I have a mix cup lol, he says more oil more lubercation, means less friction on the Pistons ? I'm listening to you guys now and hoping it all works.
  15. UPDATE!: My girl is running a lot better now with the 260 mains and 27.5 pilots. It chugs a little at top end still so maybe I need to goto 270s or could it be my leaking outtake on the expansion chambers? I changed the O-ring and it still leaks a little all over the motor. I also forgot to mention I changed the needles before it blew up to some random needles that came from ebay. Their like a half inch longer than the stock ones when I got to looking at them, not sure if this makes a difference but, they run best on the bottom clip. Still running Quiksilver @7oz to a gal, because I don't have the money right now to order Klotz. #poorboybanshee On good notes, my bottom end is running strong!
  16. Oyea, I blew it up with 2 weeks of having it and had to rebuild and bore it over.25 also.
  17. haha, I got it for $1400 just like that. Only thing I've added is k&n, tors removal, new stator,swing arm bushings,fancy thumb throttle, EHS racing lid, and V Force 4 reeds. I'm deciding between a red or black seat cover now, trust your not the only person to say this. Lol
  18. I'm not seeing good results on the klotz, reviews say it gums up and it's also expensive. Is there a cheaper oil with no benol in it that I can find at autozone or walmart?

  20. Thanks Troy for the welcome! What's a good 2 stroke oil I can find at a local store? Need a good oil cause we go on 8 hour rides and don't want to blow up on the trails. I already ordered the 260s so let's hope it works! Will order 270s if they dont.
