what do you spark plug boots ohm out at? trim the off 1/4 of wire to make sure it is getting a good connection. check the wires for damage.

OK Does it still have the TORS on it and the throttle thumb switch? do you have a tether kill switch that could be bad. are the headlights trying to fire while you kick it over?
