And it doesn't bog at half. It's wild at half. Only hesitates/misses at idle-1/8. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thank you very much! Waiting on my 42 pilot to show up. Only have a 45. Needle recommendation? Mods below: 66mm bore, stock cyl VF3 35 PWK Pro-design with 20cc BB domes +4 timing T5's Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Trinity Stage IV 2 into 1 with airbox adapter, lid off and k&n. Fresh build with zero loss on leakdown test. I have tinkered with every combination imaginable. Starts easy, idles great, slight hesitation/miss off of idle. Rev a little and it runs like a raped ape. Here is the difference in my plugs. Currently at 48 pilot, EEJ needle second clip from bottom, air screw 1.5 turns. Have only ridden it from idle-1/2 throttle. Not concerned with the main at this point, only the hesitation. Almost sounds like it's missing until i build the rpm's just slightly. Am i rich or lean? Why the difference in the two plugs? Plug with no color on the base is stator side. Tried swapping coil plugs. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As far as fitment goes, i ground the bottom portion of the tabs off the airbox to be able to move it into place easier. Just so that the tabs rest on top of the frame and you don't have to push forward and into place. I put the boot on the carb and slid the carb into the airbox then bolted the boot to the intake. Mine sits flush after that, then i bolted the box down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A arm frame (1994) to a J arm frame(1989)
echatman replied to DEML's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Other than the arms, the only somewhat important thing (on my 87 at least) is there is no way to bolt on the factory heel guards. May be different on 88-90 j arm frames. And on the front end i just replaced my stock arms with Fireball +2 +1 J arms and they are really nice. Options are limited on those though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 5 replies

Curious on the stem, too. Adjustable stops? How well does that work? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Runs good i think. Too end is a little weak, but it's really strong through 5th. I may be a little fat on my mains or clip, but i haven't ridden it enough or done a chop yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's with T5's, no lid, k&n, vf3, and 20cc domes in a hemi head. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Meant to say 25 above. Oops. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have basically the same mods and have tried 35, 27.5, and 30 pilots. Runs like shit on 25's, good on 30's, but best at 27.5. And 290 mains with clip in middle of vito's needle, but i haven't had it out since the temps have dropped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I talked to the guy who ported them yesterday on the phone. Want to say a guy named Larry does all of the porting? He said he definitely did it in '91 and told me it was a high rev port. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
