  3. Yes it seemed to clear up a little more. It was backfiring and making a poofing noise before I ordered the carbs. Have to check on the pilot sizes and get back to you. I ordered the pwks from carb parts warehouse and they put them together based on my mods.
  4. Tbh I have no idea how to check for the powerband. Ill have to pull out the clymer manual and read up on it. Thanks for your input.

  6. Havent looked into the clutch. I just jumped the carb jets up to the 158 mains to richen it up because I thought it was too lean myself. Now they have cardboard color look.
  7. Yes, the engine seems to be reving out.
  8. I was saying it to be funny. It goes through all gears fine. The tors system has been deleted and rev limited is disconnected.
  9. Hey guys I have recently came across a problem with my banshee after my pops and I put it back together. We have done a complete rebuild top to bottom this winter and when we started it up recently it doesnt seem to hit the power band. It makes a lot of noise, but doesnt go anywhere. Upgrades are as follows: Toomy T5 pipes Cool head with 21cc domes (new domes) Pwk 28s with 158 mains (new) V force 4 reeds Vitos trued and welded crank (New) Uni pod foam filters Port job 65mm pistons (new) All electrical components are factory oem, but have not been replaced as far as I know. I am at sea level: Hampton Roads, Virginia The banshee starts first kick and idles great. I just dont know what could be causing this issue. Mostly everything is brand new. Reeds have checked out fine. All help is appreciated! Help get me riding this summer!

  12. Hey whats up guys my father and I are bulding a banshee together. What we need to know is what size carbs you guys would recommend for our build. List of mods: Trued and welded crank (We are running a little bit bigger pistons than stock. Would have to get back to you on that if it makes a difference) Toomy t5 pipes V fource 4 reeds Cool heads 21cc domes Boost bottle. k&n air filters. All feedback is appreciated! Thanks!

  17. Banshee 350 Vforce 4 reeds Toomey t5 headers Jet kit Ported jugs Open k&n filters What case oil do you guys recommend? I head alot about the atf type f. I mainly traIL ride with some open track. Do you guys recommend a 32:1 premix for this? I plan on using amsoil. Thanks!

  19. Dunatic619, do you think bumping up to 28s is really worth it? Or do you think the tors eliminator kit is the best way to go with the 26mm carbs?
  20. SandslingerOR, I plan on advancing my timing very soon. In fact I'm just waiting on the flywheel puller lol. I think I may install a jet kit and wait. Thank you for your input.
  21. I have a 03 banshee. V force 4 reeds, cool heads with 21 mm domes (93 octane), ported jugs, and toomey T5 headers.I am currently running stockers with that horrible TORS system. I am looking to remove it and change carbs. Any suggestions on with carbs to go with? I will be doing some drag racing next summer but I mainly ride in open land with some trails here and there. TIA!!!
