  1. UPDATE Received the correct pistons and put them in. Banshee runs great now. Thank you to everyone who put their in. I really appreciate all of the help!
  2. I believe you have just solved my problem. My pistons say 795m06500
  3. 65mm wiseco pistons. Cylinders were honed and the crank is a standard trued and welded crank from vitos.
  4. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vpAWpA1rKXU https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FaR_wFY-lgY These are a couple videos riding it. This is wide open. Leak was discovered and fixed. Any other ideas?
  5. **UPDATE** Sorry it took so long guys was waiting on a leakdown tester to come in the mail. Long story short I did the leakdown test and found a major leak on my right intake boot which explains the popping etc. on the right cylinder. The boot itself looks old and dry rotted so I went ahead and ordered replacement ones. I dont know if it will fix my problem completely, but it will surely help. I will have more updates at the end of this week. Thanks guys!
  6. Yeah that was brought to my attention yesterday. Im almost certain that they are in correctly, but mistakes happen. Im going to double check when I take my exhaust off for the leakdown test.
  7. I've been talking down to sheerider11 and we narrowed it down to a leak down test and some electrical test.
  8. Both are running. It's weird it's like it's poofs or something here and there on each cylinder
  9. Prior to the new carbs the banshee was misfiring, sputtering and bogging badly. That has cleared up. Now it starts first kick and idles fine.
  10. Trying to tell you how it was acting and the steps I took to get to where it is now. The bike revs and moves. It is very slow and will not hit powerband
  11. I will try and get a video of it when I get home. Im beginning to think its electrical too. Should I check the compression? I am its been bored to 65mm with the matching piston and rings. Could have somehow washed them out? It seems to idle well and start too easy to have low compression in my opinion. thanks for your input
  12. It was previously bogging and misfiring to be more specific
  13. It was doing it bad with the previous carbs. It still does it from time to time (rarely anymore) with the pwks.
  14. The bike goes. It goes into gear and goes into all gears fine. Im not a genius at these, in fact its my first one, thats why I am coming to you guys. I dont think the clutch is the problem, but im sure it needs to be freshend up. The atv idles fine and starts right up, but it doesnt seem to hit the power band in any gear. Max speed is maybe 25mph.
  15. So a bad clutch will prevent it from hitting the powerband?
  16. Okay will do. Anything else you can think of while im at it?
  17. I gotcha what should I look for when taking the clutch apart?
