  1. Ive run my current set up all year. It has tons of hours on it and my engine is ready for a build. My current set up is the following: Hot rods welded 4mil long rod crank Hjr 4mil dune port cylinders 21cc domes Timing at +4 Vforce 4 reeds Pwk28 carbs Open airbox with pro flow filter Stock clutch basket Barnett clutch with HD springs billit water pump Pro circuit pipes I loved the way this engine ran, but im hoping to be able to go with a serval. My biggest stress, is that it has to be reliable. I ride nearly everyday after work and go on trips on the weekends that i would hate to have this thing be broken at. Its a trail bike, so im looking to beef up my clutch. Going with a serval, im looking at a lockup. But i honestly have no idea how they work or what all needs to be done. Im looking for advice on what should help me out with a stong, reliable setup. Also, when going with a serval, is it easy enough to buy the kit and install yourself? Or would it be best to send it to a builder? Thanks!
  2. I dont have facebook. Could you please get me some photos of the vitos cool head?
  3. My factory kill switch seems to be junk. I have to keep sliding it back and fourth to get it to start and it shuts off randomly. Whats everyone running for a kill switch? Can i run one like i had on my dirt bike? (single push button)

  6. Mega cab 6.7 cummins. You have all the power youll need, the cab is the size of an suv, plus youll have a bed to load the quad in to go riding. Find a used one. It will be over 10k, but if your able to fianace it, youll love it
  7. I would take that experience as a "lesson learned" situation. You now know to check fluids in any engine that you have had worked on by someone else. Your builder seems to be a little on the sketchy side. For example, he could've told you to add fluids, how to break in, etc. Might want to find a different builder, if possible.
  8. How much for the set of 4 blue label wheels

  12. Im thinking of doing a saftey yellow frame, silver vein a arms and swingarm, and do the hubs, calipers, and sprocket hubs saftey yellow. As far as wheels go, i cant decide weather i want to keep the gold ones or not. I would really like to go with a different offset, but i guess ill figure it out as i go. I would like to have my engine parts also pc'd but i dont want to have too much color. If that makes sence.
  13. Please post pics of your yellow/grey banshees. I believe they were 1997-1999? Im looking to pc my entire chassis and im picking up a set of 98 plastics. I need iseas!
