  1. Also, I don't want the bike to become a duner/drag set-up like with long ass swing arms... I want to keep it trailable and still drift the corners Would +1 or +2 length fix the wheelie issue? Forgot to mention I have 15/40.
  2. I'm on ground sea level. That's what Stephen Carroll at BP Racing ATV told and sold me. Should I keep stock timing then? Or could I add more octane with boosters?
  3. I am going to trail ride and casual roll race on dirt and asphalt. It has Small bore Shearers big porting 35 PWKs 21cc domes +4 timing pump gas set up. I currently have 20" ITP mud lites but I'll probably get some 22" holeshots or 22" mud lites again. Do I NEED a longer swing arm? I currently have stock length.
  4. I haven't looked yet. I'll let you know tomorrow morning.
  5. So I keep the "stock" needle I have? I think I have a dynojet power jet kit on my stocker now. Just set it on the fourth clip?
  6. Allright boys. What jets would you recommend for 421 fully ported for "trails" Shearer small bore, air box lid removed, ground sea level, Pro Flow by pro design with their special K&N air filter, 35MM PWKs
  7. I just received 573M06800 pistons. Domes are supposed to be 69mm 21cc. I don't see any spacer plate in the box. Crank from hotrods is supposed to be 4111. I think something is wrong. I thought for long rods I needed 795M06800 pistons... Please help me out
  8. I talked to many builders and they all recommended 35mm PWKs. Now for pipes the choice remains mine but the damn Assasins are built on order only and his estimated labor time is about 5 to 6 weeks. I really want some of these but I'm trying to have a kind of trail sleeper 421. No pods. I'll keep the cylinder dry and my filter less dirty with the airbox. Problem is fitment. I asked him if he could make some for the airbox but I'd still have to trim the airbox a bit in order to mount the silencer tubes. By the way, does anyone know someone who has some that fits my needs?
  9. I currently have FMF SST pipes and looking to get either CPI Small bore inframes or Sniper Assasin inframes. My mods: .30 milled head, +4 timing, V-Force 4, air box lid removed, 160 PSI ground sea level Will CPI or Sniper outperform FMF SST with my actual 65.25 unported cylinders? I will probably go for a 421 when I'll have more money. I'm just thinking about buying some mandatory 421 cub parts such as carbs and pipes that could work with my stock cylinder. Could I run the 421 cub with 28mm PWKs? Thanks
  10. I don't know if it's this thread: http://forums.everything2stroke.com/threads/52271-Custom-LT-Banshee-Chassis-Frame-Fabricator-Help! I still gotta find these parts for 35 PWKs though.
  11. Sorry, I can't find it. Do you remember in which forum and subforum he posted in?
  12. Sorry for my ignorance but who's Gary and how can I contact him?
  13. Good post. I don't really bother having less low-mid range because whenever I race it's on straight wide open trails and even some asphalt little roads. This is why I want either Shearers or CPI. I obviously going to need high rpm power like shearers but I can sacrifice the 10 000-11 000 rpm power for a torquier pipe like CPI or Sniper. Snipers looks awesome, do you know if they fit well for the stock airbox?
  14. I'm not sure about that. Besides cutting the airbox, someone told me I'd need an adapter to fit 35 PWKs into the stock airbox. Do you know about it? Where could I get one and if it's still available? Wow so much hassle for just protection.
  15. That's what I thought doing so. I've looked upon pictures and it seems shearer's silencers are bent in a little more than CPI's. Like CPI's look much more of a straight line. Do you know if Shearers will hit the stock airbox mounts (2 on each side)?
  16. Hi, I will be using 35 PWK's V-Force 4s and either Shearer or CPI inframes. I must have some kind of an airbox otherwise my carbs will swallow trail's waters. I've talked to CFM, the guy who makes an aluminum airbox and he said they do no fit with inframe drag pipes. What can I do? Run the stock airbox trimmed or something? I must cover the filters. And I think a 421 without drag pipes is not worth it and I should just port stock cylinders and achieve the same power. Please help me out.
  17. Could it be the crank' seal or some gaskets and piston rings?
  18. How do I remove the parking break?
  19. 110 psi on each cylinders I think right one could have a little more though.
  20. I did cut 1/4 for the left cylinder. Did not help though. I will do the compression test plus I will remove the TORS and the e brake too.
  21. I came here for help. Mechanic with beginners equals patience. Please be indulgent.
  22. Alright guys, what's the matter? There is no need to be rude or anything. I now understand I should not play with it until I have done both tests.
  23. Tried to sync them a little bit more. Pushed it down the hill 2 times never really started. Went like beeeerp beeeerp beeerp and shut down.
