I have these now on a stock ish motor. They have a great midrange and the top pull is still strong. Much better then the bills pipes i have.. i have the 916 style. Spoke with roger yesterday about their lt arms. Apparently they are re designing them for thread in ball joints and are working with elka on some new geometry for shock location. Price for these are going to be about 750 now for hq guys. Ok so after doing a little digging through the old threads i want to change swing arm size and possibly my control arms. I plan to go with a negative swing arm but dont know which to get. The shee is going to be doing mostly xc n trail riding. And i am going to be fabing some heel gaurds for the nerfs i have now. The rear has 20" tires currently. From what ive read -1 is ideal since ive got +2+1 a arms. Is there any other benefit to go a -1.5 or-2? And i do plan on going with jl i was pleased with my ladies arm. For the next topic is a arms i have been reading about lt set ups. I have the alba lts right now with fox podiums and plan on getting a set of peps made later this year. The only thing is is wheel travel. I read somewhere that they only get like 11" of travel and fire balls get like 13" i dont know if this is going to make a difference or not since the fireballs get up to 19.5 " shocks and albas get 17.5". I love the adjustments with the albas compared to the heims with the others. I have seen the jdperformance arms also and may go with them since the can make them with any length shock, and have the same adjustments but would there be a benefit for having it any longer shock already? Sf does a pep mod to the shock, another guy i spoke to in nj does the same. Id say comparable to elka. Also both claimed elka to be junk. Sf said springs are over sprung and valving is very broad. Plus parts are imposible to get Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk
