Reading your post I feel ya man, having same problem with my shee really sucks. 2 weeks and I'm still tuning. Went from 27.5 to 290-240 jets with dg pipes Thoe(came with bike) and still no idle

Pressure test that motor before u need another rebuild
What do you mean leak down test. If so did that already.

Won't idle 1St breaks up 2,3,4 fine 5 breaks up.

Can't get this jetting right on my shee. I stared with 290 27.5 and it ran like shit. Now I'm 240 runs better but im about 2.5 turns out but still sort of runs like shit needle 3clip. Any suggestions.

Got about $3000. haven't raced him yet can't get my jetting down pack yet. It bogs and hesitates so I'm trying to get that down. We have a new tracking opening this weekend in Florida called Florida tracks and trails. So I'll get my chance then if I can figure out my jetting issue.

Shee has big and hesation off idle. I have 260,70,80,90,300 jets with a 27.5 what would be a good starting point. Im at 270 with no luck. Tried 290 no luck.just looking for any tricks out there. Did tons of reading everybody rides at different elevations. seems most start at 260-280 with simlar set up. Thanks

Yea I plan on getting rid of the dg. Just waiting to f2f figure out if I'm going to need small bore or big depending on which setup I Choose to go. Don't want to buy pipes twice.

Open I just want to outrun or hang with them. My boy swears by 450 and raggs on banshees.

Just rebuilt my banshee, but now I'm looking into building a new motor. I'm going to run what I have now until I finish the motor. What Would it take to out run a 501 yfz? Would a 421 cheetah be enough. All my boys are going over to 450's so I want to make sure I don't get left behind.

1st off, do you have the cutouts on the bottom of the slides facing the air box? if not you have the wrong slide in the wrong carb and it will run too lean= lean
