Can anyone help me out?

Thanks for all of your input I am going to go have a talk with them, just wanted to make 100% sure before I went in.

So I'm Tristan, I'm new. I bought a banshee a couple weeks back.. Ran perfect I wanted to add some v force 4 reeds and make sure it was jetted properly. I went in today to pay for it and just came to find out they installed v force 2 reeds and charged me 259.95.. And 45 to install and charged me 190 for two hours of jetting.. And they still are not done..they say to expect another 1 to 2 hours to get it jetted right.. To me this all sounds extremely ridiculous, ... They also told me the difference between the 2s and 4s is not noticeable.. I'm pretty sure I'm getting screwed just wanted to see if anyone has any input, Thanks Tristan
