  5. It has pro circuit pipes, trail porting, airbox with no lid, proflow airbox plate and k&n filter. It had a 310 main jet when I pulled the carb apart and the needle is on the middle clip.
  6. The shop I was gonna take it to is full until monday, so I pull started the banshee and got it to run but if I let the throttle get below 1/4 throttle it would sputter and die out. Is this a jetting issue?
  7. Well I pulled the plug boots off grounded the plug just to see if the plug boot was the problem and what do you know bright blue spark. Taking it to the shop where the engine work was done to have put it on the dyno after new boots are installed. I will post the results when I get it back.
  8. I installed the new wiring harness, along with the Ignition coil, still no spark. Starting to think that stator is the problem because I am using the same cdi box and it ran before the rebuild.

I tested from green to red on the stator plug and got 14ohms I tested from white with red to white with green and got no reading at all. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong? 17. Yes, so I can buy any year and they will all fit
  18. Are the gears the same for every year?
  19. If it weren't for one of the teeth being wedged in the gears I probably would have never know it happened. What should a set of gears cost?
  20. Well I split the case only to find a few sheared transmission teeth.
  21. Well I drained the oil this evening and there wound up being no metal shavings in the transmission oil. I am starting to think it may be shift forks? Also even when the clutch lever is pulled it still acts like it is in gear and won't let the back tires spin freely.
  22. Do you still have a roller without plastics? What year of rollers also, thanks.
  23. Yes I have all the tools and knowledge to take it apart and put it back together, I haven't worked on banshees much though.
