  1. Does anyone know a good place in Oregon to get a quality port and polish in oregon. I just don't want to send my stuff in the mail. Also I was wondering what else I could do for mods. I'm wanting an aggressive dune/ trail port. My current mods are below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. 1) What type of aftermarket exhaust do you have? T5's 2) What type of airfilter do you have? K&N with adapter 3) Are you a)running a stock airbox without lid 4) What is your elevation? (If you don't know, go here: http://www.topozone.com )3250ft 5) What size pilot jets are you using?Stock 25 6) What size main jets are you using?280 7) What temperature is your Banshee jetted for?around 80F 8) Do you have a port job? Not yet 9) What kind of carbs? Mikuni 10) What size carbs? Stock
  3. Yes you need to remove wires from carbs, throttle, parking brake, and remove tors unit.
  4. Don't cover the hole. Someone has probably replaced the needles the washer is for setting the needle at 1/2 increments. When I re jetted MY 06 banshee I removed the wwasher. Make sure your throttle cable is routed correctly this cost me a lot of time to figure out if it isn't right it will run like crap.
  5. Which adjustable timing plate to buy
