Keep your eyes peeled in the for sale section. Other than that they aren't made anymore.Sick bike! Where did you find those nerf bars? Seems like the best ones available. Factory 43 is another option. I prefer them twp over the xfr.

I just saw this, but I have that perch and I love it, super easy to adjust clutch perch
Sure is, I love how it snaps into place every time you turn it. I wanted one with a better cover to cover the clutch cable where it feeds down into its housing and on top of that the pivot point rides on a bearing for a smoother consist pull. Can't beat it for how cheap it is. I'll be buying an extra level just in case anything happens I have a back up right away since these don't fold like the ASV I replaced.
-
I forgot, why did it snap?
Upon further inspection when I was throwing it in the box to ship it back to them I noticed a fine darker spot on the axle where you could tell it had been cracked for some time so it was just a matter of time..but it finally went when I landed short on a double.

Nah it was a pretty easy deal, I send them my broken one and they confirm that it wasn't altered or the splines had an damage and they send a new one that you register again for the lifetime warranty. It just took them forever bc they didn't know who they had to send the new one to until they decided to e-mail me ha.

Did you snap an axle?
Yes sir

That freaking Sucks. For $140 it should be tighter.
You would think huh. I exchanged a few messages with them about how sloppy it feels of which you don't notice it when riding but it's definitely not as smooth as it should or could be. Which is why I was telling you, you might be better off with a stock throttle and an aftermarket lever.

JD Performance needs to fire the guy that puts stickers on.
Last I herd he's still a one man show..so uh retire is his only option haha.

As in play before it moves the slides?
No not that type as that's adjusted by the throttle cable tension. I guess you can call it wobble. I can grab the throttle lever and wobble it around left, right, forward, backwards and side to side haha.
-
Use a twist like a man!
They're easier than a thumb throttle how is that manly taha?
-
Throttle and clutch alike have a inner nylon sleeve with the braided line so why not lube them up if it's part of the maintenance? Damn homie, now I know why your bike was falling apart in glamisLose a carb and you dont need to lube the cable

I "think" FAST had/has lighter springs for the bigger carbs. Also did you get a high quality throttle cable and have you thought about lubing the cable? I heard that helps alot. When I start hitting the tracks I'm gonna go that route or get a Honda throttle.
They have them but for the 33-41 pwk carbs. So unless their springs would fit the 28's they wouldn't work. I have the motion pro +2 cable and yes sir it's lubed up.

I missed you have a Chariot. My Mistake. I run a modded stock banshee thumb throttle. I'm getting the Chariot ASAP. It seems a Cuervo would be over kill
It's all good. Honestly I didn't feel a big difference switching. I think just swapping the lever would've been just as good if not better. The chariot has a bit of play..you can grab the lever and move it around whereas the stock has very little play.

I've got a brand new Honda throttle with a hole it in. $3 and shipping and it's yours. You can try it out. My carbs are too big for it which is why there's a hole.
I'd really like to keep my chariott throttle but if cutting the springs doesn't do it enough justice I may have to at least for the days that I race so my thumb hardly feels it like it would on the 450. I'll cut them and try it out when I get my new axle if it doesn't work that great I'll buy it off you for sure.

It's not a game. You really look dumb showing off money.
sent from my phone
When did I show off money? I don't recall ever posting any stacks haha. All I said was money isn't an issue nor did I ever say I was rich and you guys went on a tantrum. Then I post a picture of some of my toys bc it was said that I only had a nice banshee....so you guys are the dumb ones throwing hissy fits hah. I don't think you ever sent me your address for those tampons.....

I've got pwk 28s and a Honda thumb throttle. It's the easiest pull of any quad I've ridden.
I was going to go that route and buy a Honda throttle but the Chariott throttle I have looked too damn pretty to pass up.

I was excited to see Progress of the build after I seen it grown 4 pages...... Was.
I'm glad you didn't get hurt when the axle gave. I've got an old Gforce. But I don't jump.
I don't know what else there is to do to it really that would benefit me in the type of riding I do mostly. But I did get some goodies I'll post a picture up tonight. I have been looking for lighter carb springs for the 28's but nobody seems to make any I might just cut mine and see how that goes.
Thanks bud. Yea they all seem to the do just fine otherwise.

Shit is getting real up in HEEEEYA!
And eveyone needs to shut up about me racing MX nats. I haven't raced one in 6 years. I am going to get back into them on a three wheeler soon, though.
