  1. Hi! I have to change sprocket, they don't fit my setup anymore... I do trail & dune. My banshee have two mode: on/off. He gaves everything instantly. I'm on 14-41 setup. You ca take a look to the torque spec to see. I have a really torque oriented porting, 33mm carbs and paul tuner mid Do you have advice to have something more civilisated? More progressive between the off and on
  2. Take a heat gun and heat it slowly to remove stress marks
  3. Thanks! I was really not sure about the carbs size. You can look in my photobucket for car pics or here for the brz: http://www.montreal-subaru-club.com/mscforum/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=112872&p=1262468#p1262468 And here for the STI build-up http://www.montreal-subaru-club.com/mscforum/viewtopic.php?t=84839 Link are in french, but pictures are there! 6. Hi! It's time for me to introduce myself. I live, for the job (i'm train conductor) in Sept Iles, Quebec, Canada... (So english is not my language) There is a loooot of sand and trail!! (Not a desert but beach and pit. I come from Thetford Mines, a city where there's a lot of abandonned mines and mine's waist dump. It's a paradise for atv and mx! I read a lot on this forum but i only have posted once or twice... All being already said, search button is very efficient. My background (short long story) I got a drift 240sx in 2007 to 2009 that i've sold and buy a 2001 banshee in 2009 then i've sold it when i was buildind a subaru STI wagon. (Summer mode) (Winter mode) After that I got a BRZ, a KTM 125sx and I buy another banshee, a 2000, in 2012: In the 2012-2013 winter, I've worked on it. Got black plastic, big porting, new piston, big carbs (PWK 35mm), protaper fat bar, push button (mx style) killswitch i've reduced wiring to minimum, installed AC nerfs bar, front and rear bumper, change all bolts to allen, install billetanium hydrolic clutch. Fat rad, silicon hose and billet high flow impeller V-force Tunef by GSF Sorry if some sentence are not grammatical, I'm a fuckin french frog. Plan in the next years are to new engine, new suspension and chassis and being more wide. This summer is to clean and polish some parts, i'm more on a budget as a just buy my first house (on the sea side! Hehe ) Dom
  7. No its not running, its on summer preparation mode So i think i got it!! With a looot of adjustement. Ill be careful in the first run. Thnak for all the fast help guys!!
  8. Do it completely free your wheel, in 1st gear with the clutch engaged? I asjust it and bleed it. Clutch off its seem normal, the wheel are blocked, and there still a little resistance with cluch engaged.
  9. Yes I know what is it, but thanks for the help!!! I'm going to the garage right now to try this!
  10. Ok! I wasn't sure for that. I'll try to work on that this morning
  11. Ok. I'll try harder to bleed the master. It may be my problem!! Thanks a lot
  12. I'll bleed it more but it seem well done. Some says that it was a PITA. The clutch was fine with the cable so the problem is not the clutch assembly
  13. Thanks for the link! No slack that much... But with the hydro theres none...
  14. I don't think i'm gonna do 1 miles with it. Don't want to blow my clutch for that...
  15. hi!!! I'll introduce myself later, i'm short in time. I buy a streamline hydraulic clutch for my banshee last year, and I just decided, after few hesitation, to install it. I've tried last year but i got some problem. and... I got the same problem this afternoon. The cylinder don't travel enough to make the clutch release!!! it's well bleeded... I think I adjust it the wright way, i'm almost at the end of all the adjustement. does somebody got it? it's running well? what's wrong with me!? haha thanks!! fast intro: (I'm in sept-iles, Quebec, canada, i'ts my second banshee, 2001 tuned by GSF, 51 lbs/ft, converted to black plastic, keihin carbs, big porting, and I'm train conductor)
